• Orders and Payments:
  1. When you finished selecting the items you wish to order from our website click on your shopping cart, review your items, and then proceed to checkout. After that, you will be asked for details including your name, billing address, delivery address, contact number, email address, and payment details.

If you are provided with, a user identification code, password, or any other part of information as part of our security procedures, you are required to keep such information confidential, and please do not disclose it to any third party. We have the authority to impair any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use in our reasonable opinion.
  3. If you know or doubt that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password you must inform us immediately.
  4. Your order will be accepted when you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include details about your order. At this point, you are bound to be in a contract with us and we will take payment in full. If we are unable to accept your order, we will email you accordingly.

  7. If any item is priced incorrectly we have the right to supply it at the correct price and for that, we will inform you before delivery.
  8. Discount codes are stand-alone and are not able to be used in conjunction with any other code or offer available at the time. The Guncha Company has the right to stop or cancel or withdraw a promotion at any time. Discount codes do not apply to any pre-order items.
• Our Products:
  The images of the products on the website are for display purposes and we have tried our best to illustrate every detail of all our products. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, unfortunately sometimes the device displays the colours slightly differently with respect to our original product. Your product may vary slightly from the original images.
• Delivery :
  1. Your items will be delivered to the address specified on your order under “delivery address”. The delivery cost will be as displayed to you on the website.
  2. Guncha Company aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed, are dispatched within 7 to 10 days and will deliver you within 7 to 8 working days all domestic orders, in case of international order it takes 10-15 days . However, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. We send all our orders via a signed for delivery service to ensure we have proof of delivery.
