RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
  1. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
  2. The entire sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.
  3. Made on order are not eligible for exchange or return.
  4. If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we will try to send you a fresh piece within one week.
  5. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Exchange policy:

  As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.

  1. Once the Guncha pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
  2. If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us on our official mail id (labelguncha@gmail.com) within 2 working days of delivery to request an exchange.
  3. Please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have reverse pickup facility or if you want us to make a reverse pickup then ₹200 will be charged for the same (It can be prepaid only).
  4. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
• Exchange dispatching instruction:
  1. Exchange can be done within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
  3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  4. Take acknowledgment receipt from the courier person with number of products, signature and mobile number. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
  5. Size exchange is available. The customer will get the same product in another size minus shipping/COD charges for to-and-fro.
  6. The cost of shipping to & fro is to be borne by the customer.
• Can I cancel my order?

  Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. Only credit notes will be issued for future use.

  You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order.

  How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?

  The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use within 30 days on the GUNCHA website. You must share a screenshot of the email (credit note) when using it.

• COURIER:
  1. Domestic delivery takes 7–10 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
  2. Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
  3. Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
  4. The customer or addressee must sign for the package upon delivery.
  5. If no one is available, redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. The courier will contact you for scheduling.
  6. Once shipped, tracking info with courier name and number will be sent. The customer must follow up directly with the courier company.
• Why my exchange is not accepted?
  1. Exchange/Return not accepted if you dislike the material or color. Please read the product description and view images carefully.
  2. Handmade products may vary in color and finish. Subtle variations are natural.
  3. 5-8% color difference may occur due to screen resolution or camera lighting. No exchange for such issues.
  4. We’ve tried to display product colors accurately, but screen differences can affect what you see.
  5. Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed or worn.
  6. Sale items and purchases with discounts or vouchers are not eligible for return or exchange.
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
  1. Which countries does GUNCHA ship to?
     We ship to US, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Afghanistan, and South Africa.
  2. What are the international shipping costs and duties?
     Calculated by weight. Custom duties/taxes at delivery are borne by the customer.
  3. Can I return, exchange or cancel an international order?

  4. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
     12–15 working days after shipping. Express delivery (10–12 days) available at extra cost.
  5. What payment methods are available for international shipping?
     International credit cards and PayPal are accepted.
