1. Orders and Payments:
   1. After selecting your desired items, click on the shopping cart, review items, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your name, billing and delivery addresses, contact number, email, and payment details.
   2. If given a user ID or password, you must keep this confidential. We may disable your access if terms are violated.
   3. If someone else knows your login credentials, notify us immediately.
   4. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. If not accepted, we’ll inform you accordingly.
   5. All product prices are shown in Indian Rupees.
   6. Prices may change at any time without notice.
   7. If an item is priced incorrectly, we’ll notify you before delivery and offer the correct price.
   8. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and do not apply to pre-orders. Guncha reserves the right to cancel any promotion.
2. Our Products: Product images are for illustration only. Color and detail may vary slightly due to screen differences.
3. Delivery:
   1. Items are delivered to the address specified at checkout. Delivery charges are shown on the website.
   2. Domestic orders are shipped within 7–10 days and delivered in 7–8 working days. International deliveries may take 10–15 days. We’ll inform you about any delays. All orders are sent via signed delivery service.
